GENTLE YOGA PRACTICE

ENERGY HEALING + MASSAGE

As you rest in Shavasana, we bring in the magic of energy healing and gentle massage. This additional layer supports the release of tension and emotional blocks while grounding you in a state of deep relaxation and balance.

SOUND HEALING

To complete the experience, we integrate sound healing techniques, using soothing vibrations to help harmonize your energy and leave you feeling restored and renewed. This combination creates a holistic approach to healing, nurturing your body, mind, and spirit.

GROUP AND PRIVATE CLASSES AVAILABLE

Our yoga offerings are flexible to suit your needs. Join a group class to share the energy and connection of a community, or book a private session for a more personalized experience tailored to your unique journey.
