  1. Waking up in a rush. You skip breakfast and keep postponing the time to do a “morning routine”. You go from one thing to another, not being able to breathe. You spend all day working and doing things, and it feels like every single day is the same cycle of never-ending stress.

  2. Being exhausted almost every day, no matter how much you sleep it feels like you never have any energy. You push through the day and get things done, but it feels like you are just running on empty. When work is done, you struggle to find the energy to do the things you enjoy, to socialise, to spend time with your kids… Getting up on the sofa is a struggle. You have no idea how you would survive without your coffee.

  3. Feeling like no matter how much you do, it never feels enough, your to-do list keeps getting bigger, and yes, maybe it feels good when you cross something off, but that “high” goes away the next morning when you feel like you still need to do more and do better...

I feel you, I created this challenge because I’ve been there too. A few months ago, I went through a flare-up of Crohn’s disease and it took me by surprise, after more than 7 years of being in remission. I felt like my body was failing me again. I started having unbelievable belly pain, I had vomiting and diarrhoea, I struggled standing up because I felt faint and dizzy, I couldn't sleep at night because I would have a fever and cold sweats, I temporarily lost vision in one eye… And it fcking scked… However, I had an opportunity to listen to what my body was saying, all how it was suffering, all the wounds that had to be addressed, and all the things my body needed. It was a chance to slow down even more, to connect with Spirit even more, to take care of myself even more and stop everything that was out of alignment in my life. Because I had already been through this once, I knew what to do. This is what inspired me to create this challenge. Because I’ve been through health, and I’ve been through illness and I know the importance of creating a healing lifestyle. I want to offer you all my knowledge in a very straightforward, strategic and step-by-step way, so you know all the things that I have done to heal my mind, body and spirit and reconnect to my slow, balanced and healthy life, so YOU CAN DO THE SAME💗.

I have been trained and have used different modalities over more than 7 years and I love embracing healing from a mind-body-spirit perspective, mixing science and spirituality and considering all areas of life. You will not learn tools that you use and forget in a week, YOU’LL CHANGE YOUR LIFE through embodying my work and creating a healing lifestyle.

I make healing work very easy to apply and embody. There’s no fluff or a feeling of “and now what?”. You know exactly what to do and how to do it. I bring my type A, manifesting generator energy into my work to support my clients and make healing a bit more comfortable.

After years on the coaching industry and healing space I have seen and experience the dark side and lack of integrity of it. My coaching is not like what you have seen. I understand trauma and the physiology of trauma and I have a very soft and gentle approach that does NOT lead to re-traumatisation.
