First, I want you to feel safe here. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, I want you to know that you are loved and accepted here. I also acknowledge my privilege as a white, cis woman, and I commit to continuously leaning in, growing, and educating myself to be the best ally I can for you.

​

I’m Melody and I'm a Somatic Coach, Yoga Teacher, Nutritional Therapist and Energy healer, who helps overachievers stuck in the toxic cycle of hustling, finally heal the trauma that is keeping them in the loop of self betrayal and self abandonment, so they can finally feel they are enough and they do enough. I help them heal their mind, body and spirit and create the RETREAT life that deserve but they don't allow themselves to have. The slowness, the peace, the rituals, the healthy living, the listening to the body, the following their intuition, connecting with Spirit...

 

I was there too.

​

For years, I lived a life of constant striving. I was always trying to be the best—the best student, daughter, friend, partner, employee. I sought approval from others, hoping their validation would fill the emptiness inside. I wanted to be liked, praised, and acknowledged. But no matter what I achieved, it was never enough. Deep down, I hated myself. I felt inadequate, unworthy, and incomplete.

To cope, I pushed myself past exhaustion, ignored my body’s messages, and stayed in toxic relationships. I over-exercised, restricted my diet, and drowned out my emotions with drugs and alcohol. I constantly abandoned myself, trying to prove my worth to the world.

​

Then, my body said NO.

​

In 2017, I got sick. My life came to a halt as an autoimmune illness took over, and I could no longer work, study, or push through the way I had before. I was forced to stop and listen. In the stillness and pain, I had a spiritual awakening.

​

I realized that the symptoms I had been experiencing weren’t just things to endure—they were messengers from my body, guiding me toward healing. I saw the trauma, the cycles, the abandonment, and the deep-rooted beliefs that kept me stuck in a loop of self-betrayal.

​

That’s when everything shifted.

​

I made the choice to heal. I took responsibility for my life and began my journey of holistic healing. I focused on nourishing my body, mind, and spirit. I healed trauma, reconnected with nature, and learned to listen to my body. I made self-care a priority—resting, moving my body in ways that felt good, setting boundaries, and allowing myself to have fun.

​

I began to create a life that felt aligned with who I truly am, one where I didn’t have to perform or hustle to feel worthy.

​​

Now, I live a life of balance, peace, and purpose—without chronic anxiety, depression, or the need to prove myself. I’m no longer trapped in the cycle of overachieving, self-abandonment, and validation-seeking. I’ve stepped into my power.

​

Don't get me wrong! Life isn’t perfect. Every day, I’m peeling back layers of trauma. I’m still healing, learning, and making mistakes. I don’t bypass the challenges. I’m committed to being transparent with you and sharing the ups and downs of this journey.

​

You deserve to feel enough. You deserve a life where you come first. You deserve to take care of yourself and experience the peace, slowness, and joy that you crave. You deserve a life that feels like a retreat.

​

Healing is possible, and I know it. I’ve been where you are—feeling drained, unfulfilled, and stuck. But I also know there’s a different way. With the right support, commitment, and consistency, you can create the life you deserve.

​

You don’t have to stay in the survival mode of hustle and burnout. Together, we can build a foundation of ease, peace, health, and connection.
